As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the maintenance and development of our technological infrastructure. This includes ensuring seamless integrations, accurate data dissemination across departments, and fostering a culture of innovation through automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Xero, Cin7, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Starshipit, and 3CX.
  • Monitor integrations, middleware, and data warehouse flows to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with vendors and users to maintain uptime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Support testing, UAT, and implementation of system upgrades to enhance functionality.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the company's IT service provider for MS365 and hardware to ensure efficient operations.
About You:

You will be an IT-savvy professional with a strong understanding of business operations. You enjoy solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and working with data to drive results.

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in systems administration or support is essential.
  • Strong experience with Xero, Cin7, and Salesforce is required.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, middleware, and reporting tools (Power BI) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is expected.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills are required.
  • Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
