Technology and Digital Transformation Manager

We're looking for an experienced
Technology and Digital Transformation Manager
to join a well-established organisation going through an exciting period of growth and innovation. This is a leadership role where you'll shape technology strategy, deliver critical transformation projects, and lead a talented team across software development, ICT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving the technology roadmap to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Leading and mentoring high-performing teams across software and ICT functions, including international operations.
  • Overseeing enterprise-wide projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers while ensuring system uptime and operational excellence.
  • Acting as a key link between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring IT adds measurable value.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in IT leadership across development, infrastructure, or architecture.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system integration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, and modern software architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and governance best practices.

Desirable extras:

  • Background in manufacturing, automation, or complex environments.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of BI, analytics, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, or CISSP.
