Front Desk Associate Position

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

This role involves managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential in maintaining accurate records and processing reservations efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.
