We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our front desk team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and think on your feet. You will need to be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the front desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including guest information and room inventory
- Collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations
