Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our front desk team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Conduct check-ins/check-outs and create a great first impression for our guests.
- Manage inquiries and take reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide a positive and memorable experience for all guests by exceeding their expectations.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as required.
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk or housekeeping environment (desired).
- You must be a people person with excellent communication skills.
- You should be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- You must be immaculately groomed and presentable at all times.
- A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests is essential.
- The ability to show initiative and be self-motivated is also required.
- A friendly and outgoing personality is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible rostered days - Monday to Sunday.
