Promotions and Offers Strategist

As the Promotions Manager, you will develop and execute effective promotions and offers to attract and retain customers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.
- Develop a comprehensive promotions strategy aligned with New MRR and LTV goals.
- Program-manage the launch, monitoring, and reporting of Trialist & Customer promotions and incentives in both Direct and Partner businesses.
- Manage a promotional calendar, ensuring timely offer execution.
- Work with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle to develop creative assets and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze promotion performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Requirements
Experience in Growth/CRM/Product with a focus on optimizing promotions.
- Previous experience running similar lifecycle promotional programs is a plus.
- Bachelor degree required.
- Solid experience in CRM/Digital Marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
