We are seeking an experienced Educational Strategist to lead projects and strategies that align with our college directions.
- The successful applicant will have a proven track record in secondary teaching and a passion for evidence-based practice.
- They will be responsible for leading collaborative efforts to improve student outcomes and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver professional development programs.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote student safety and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Secondary teaching experience with a strong focus on evidence-based practice.
- Proven ability to lead collaborative teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
