Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve conference and events sales targets
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase repeat business and revenue
* Conduct site inspections and tours to showcase our hotel's facilities and services
* Negotiate rates and terms with clients to ensure maximum revenue and profitability
* Collaborate with the Conference and Events Sales Manager to develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong selling and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
