Job Description

The successful candidate will serve a key function in monitoring client initiatives, contracts and software renewals as well as working with Client Application Stakeholders to identify improvements to their IWMS systems.

Key responsibilities include meeting regularly with Client leaders to review current initiatives and make plans for new projects; reviewing budgets and billing; ensuring IWMS subscriptions are kept current; arranging for purchase of new applications and modules as needed; identifying and maintaining contact with existing and potential system stakeholders within the client organization – understanding the needs of these groups as regards the IWMS system; creating and maintaining a client IWMS Roadmap including: Initiatives Currently in progress, Planned initiatives understood in detail, & Future capabilities still being defined; coordinating estimation, approval and scheduling of initiatives; assisting with IWMS Administrators; creating and delivering training for new capabilities; participating in the identification and pursuit of new IWMS clients; developing additional work within an existing project and attending business development meetings with new and existing clients; preparing sales proposals; educational and demo sessions featuring IWMS software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field;
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS);
  • 5+ Years of Arhcibus experience,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organization and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight schedules;
  • Availability to travel between offices; and
  • Strong client development abilities and proven seller/doer a plus.
