Account Executive IWMS

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) initiatives as an Account Manager.
This key role will oversee the monitoring of client budgets, billing, contracts, and software renewals, while working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in IWMS systems.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally on both small-scale and large-scale IWMS projects, including meeting with client leaders to review current initiatives and make plans for new projects, reviewing budgets and billing, and ensuring subscriptions are kept current.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify tactical and strategic improvements to their IWMS systems;
- Manage client budgets, billing, contracts, and software renewals;
- Maintain contact with existing and potential system stakeholders within the client organization – Understand their needs as regards the IWMS system;
- Create and maintain a client IWMS System Roadmap including Initiatives Currently in progress, Planned initiatives understood in detail, & Future capabilities still being defined;
- Coordinate estimation, approval, and scheduling of initiatives;
- Assist with testing and deliver training for new capabilities;
- Pursue new IWMS clients, develop additional work within an existing project, and participate in business development meetings;
- Prepare sales proposals; educational and demo sessions featuring IWMS software;
