Large IT Rollout Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to administer and coordinate two large national IT rollout projects.

  • Coordinate site visits between customers and vendors for IT rollouts
  • Document site visits for progress, tracking, and reporting purposes
  • Act as an escalation contact point for technical issues
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • End-to-end purchase order management
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Arrange site visits between customers and vendors
  2. Document all aspects of site visits
  3. Manage vendor relationships
  4. Ensure smooth project execution
  5. Provide timely updates to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, previous experience working on IT rollout projects, and strong organizational abilities.
