Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular interaction and excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support department to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions for future reference and to improve service quality.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Stay updated on company services and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management software.
  • A knack for working in a team environment and a drive for continuous learning.
