We're seeking an experienced Senior Water Engineer to join our ANZ Water sector based in Sydney or Newcastle. As a member of our multidisciplinary design water infrastructure team, you will engage in water engineering planning and design across NSW and the ANZ region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with our expert team to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs.
  • Support the ANZ Water performance unit through proposal writing and design tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in civil, mechanical, or process engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years' experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and/or conveyance infrastructure design.
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, and maintenance practices, as well as relevant codes and standards.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
