Your Key Responsibilities- Direct Sales & Store Operations:
- Provide hands-on sales support and customer consultations during rostered shifts
- Demonstrate sleep wellness expertise through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Manage day-to-day operations across 5 NSW stores, driving performance metrics including conversion rates and transaction values
- Team Coaching & Performance Management:
- Offer real-time coaching to retail staff during store shifts
- Implement product training and reinforce sales processes that connect features to wellness outcomes
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer wellness transformation
- Manage staffing schedules and performance across NSW territory
- Territory Sales Management & Reporting:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for NSW as we establish our presence in market
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and optimise positioning against competitors
- Develop territory-specific strategies to drive revenue growth
- Report directly to Retail Sales Manager on progress and market insights
- Customer Experience & Brand Standards:
- Ensure consistent delivery of our standards, prioritising customer needs and expectations
