About the Role

We are seeking a People and Culture Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative individual with a passion for Employee Relations, Work Health and Safety, and interest in systems to join our team as a Generalist HR professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full recruitment cycle management.
  • Facilitating onboarding, orientations, and off-boarding processes.
  • Providing support and advice to managers on performance and people-related matters.
  • Supporting Work Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Offering best practice HR advice to managers and employees.
  • Assisting with training & development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Employment Law/Industrial Relations/Employee Relations/Organisational Psychology or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law, WHS law, and related matters.
  • Prior demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge/experience in PayGlobal and ELMO (desirable).
  • Police Clearance.
  • Driver's License.
