About the Role

Our Home Care Services require caring individuals who enjoy variety in their day and are passionate about providing an excellent service.

  • As a Home Care Worker, you will provide our aged care clients with home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, social support and transport to lifestyle activities.

We offer flexible work arrangements that allow you to build positive relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Transporting clients to appointments and activities

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care or disability services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
