About the Role
Presbyterian Aged Care are looking for a permanent part time (4 days per week) Quality Officer to Support PAC Quality objectives, directions, and initiatives by providing auditing review, data analysis and clinical support across clinical and non-clinical areas for PAC Home Care services. This role is co-located, 2 days per week in Ashfield and 2 days per week in North Ryde.
**Responsibilities include**:
Set the standard for high quality care delivery and implementation of programs and service models across all service types
Lead the delivery of care that meets ACQSC and PAC standards and consumers needs in PAC Home Care services
Work in partnership with the Home Care and Case Managers to ensure care standards and consumer needs are met
Develop site readiness for any ACQSC accreditation visits or contacts and support sites during the audit process
Respond to any industry changes in care and ensure PAC response and implementation of any new standards and procedures
Ensure care plan development and delivery is in line with care needs of consumers and expectations across service types
Ensure Continuous quality improvement is developed and monitored at all services in the from of CQI plans
Lead the responses to any ACQSC contacts or visits in partnership with the service managers
Development and planning of the annual education calendar for PAC Home Care services to meet identified needs
Develop educational and training modules for the PAC education calendar
Clinical assessments for Home Care Package Clients within their homes
Clinical support when required
