Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Professional to provide essential support services to our valued clients. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older adults, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social events
  • Offering emotional support and companionship

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
