Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team across a number of departments including point of sale, replenishment and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers.

The role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with the team to ensure great customer service is always delivered. You will provide expert advice to customers in the broad range of products and services and operate as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.
