Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. As a Trade Counter/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.

  • Deliver parts and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist with pick, pack and stock control activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
