Clinical Supervisor
About the RoleThe Clinical Supervisor will oversee the daily administration and supervision of a Medical Adult Day Care program.
This position requires exceptional leadership skills, staff management expertise, and a strong understanding of medical regulations.
A key focus of this role is to ensure compliance with COMAR and program regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop team members, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Daily duties include managing staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress towards goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our organization and contribute to the success of our Medical Adult Day Care program.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- One year of experience as a Community Health Nurse
- Current license as a registered nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing
