Primary Responsibilities

  2. Identify patterns and trends from event hosts' feedback to contribute to future product improvements.
  3. Create and update help articles and FAQs to make life easier for customers.
  4. Respond to inquiries through multiple channels and tools.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to escalate problems and ask for help when needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer support or tech support experience (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Tech-savvy mindset and problem-solving skills with a 'figure it out' attitude.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, resilience, and empathy.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Agility to learn new products, features, and tools with a genuine interest in technology.
