This full-time role is based in Sydney and involves being the go-to tech expert for customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Be the face of our brand, guiding event hosts through ticketing and platform navigation.
- Identify patterns and trends from event hosts' feedback to contribute to future product improvements.
- Create and update help articles and FAQs to make life easier for customers.
- Respond to inquiries through multiple channels and tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate problems and ask for help when needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or tech support experience (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Tech-savvy mindset and problem-solving skills with a 'figure it out' attitude.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, resilience, and empathy.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and collaborate with colleagues.
- Agility to learn new products, features, and tools with a genuine interest in technology.
