About the Role:

The Access Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Construction division as the Head of Construction APAC. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Construction products in the APAC region, working closely with the global functional leaders to lead the team and set the strategy for the Construction segment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a revenue-building role across ERP software, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth. They will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, proposition evolution, and competitive positioning in the marketplace, and will work closely with the global construction leadership team to drive the right priorities for the region.

The Head of Construction APAC will be accountable for the growth of our Construction products and propositions, focusing on sales, retention, onboarding, and success of existing and new customers. They will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the team, helping to shape the team structure required to be successful in the region.

The successful candidate will be a business leader with a strong track record of talent upgrade, experience working with an overseas HQ software business, and a proven ability to be the business' lighthouse figure in the market. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
