About the Role

The Access Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Construction division as the Head of Construction APAC. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Construction products in the APAC region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive growth and expansion of our Construction products in the region, while also leading a high-performing team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and expansion of our Construction products in the APAC region
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the APAC market and its dynamics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
