Job Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Product Delivery Lead to spearhead this initiative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that transform financial crime risk management.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement a state-of-the-art financial crime risk management platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Vision: Provide strategic leadership to the program, inspiring and influencing stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Project/Program Management: Leverage your expertise in project management to oversee the program's progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, aligning expectations and securing buy-in across the organization.
  • Technology & Innovation: Develop and deploy innovative solutions that leverage Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, and cloud technologies to address complex financial crime threats.
  • Business Acumen: Translate technical solutions into tangible business value, demonstrating a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to health and wellbeing services and discounts on selected products and services from ANZ and more.
