Position Overview

The Bid Manager is tasked with implementing effective strategies to adhere to UGL Bid Governance, streamline the bidding process, and enhance the likelihood of securing contracts deemed viable. Candidate Profile

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Commerce, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).

  • Exhibit strong communication skills (both oral and written), including negotiation and influencing abilities, with a knack for building effective working relationships across different levels.
  • Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously, meet deadlines, and follow through in a dynamic environment with competing demands.
