Day Program Leadership Position

This position involves leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience working with individuals with disabilities.
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. The successful applicant will also need to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and first aid certificate.
The role is casual, working Monday's, Thursday's and weekend's, with opportunities to increase hours over time. Work hours are from 9am to 3pm, with the possibility of additional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and implementing program plans to meet client needs
- Providing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
