Lead Day Program Coordinator

This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall experience for patients in our Day Programs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrative professional with excellent leadership skills, who can drive process improvements and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Day Program team to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
