Job Title: Telepower Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Small to Large DC power systems, Solar Power systems, Generators and Telecommunications alarm telephony.
  • Respond to 24/7 critical time sensitive faults and perform fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Install Batteries as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in the Telecommunications industry is essential.
  • Trade qualification or greater is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of DC power and AC power Generation principles is mandatory.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in mobile apps and laptops to interrogate power systems.
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment.

About the Role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical Telecommunications Power equipment supporting Networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on Small to Large DC power systems, Solar Power systems, Generators and Telecommunications alarm telephony.
