About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bauer Media's dynamic and progressive People & Culture team as a Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of People, Culture & Workplace, you will play a key role in managing various programs and coordinating activities within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Prepare and distribute contracts and contract variation letters via electronic signature platform.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of People & Culture data and prepare regular reports, including a monthly dashboard.
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance, including responding to emails, maintaining intranet content, drafting correspondence, and supporting team activities.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the annual Performance, Coaching & Development cycle, including configuring the ELMO system.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate the 6-monthly Engagement Surveys, including setting up the Culture Amp platform.
  • Leave and Recognition Programs: Coordinate the Parental Leave Program and Recognition Program, including managing nominations and organizing letters and vouchers.
  • Return-to-Work Coordination: Coordinate return-to-work plans and serve as the key contact for workers' compensation claims.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with professional affiliations desirable (e.g., Australian Human Resources Institute).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Coordinator or Administrator role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
