Role Overview
A strategic Senior Project Coordinator is required to lead initiatives addressing Western Australia's public schooling system workforce priorities.
- This role will apply project management expertise to support workforce projects across the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will use analytical skills and knowledge of education workforce matters to provide timely advice to senior managers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans to address strategic workforce priorities.
- Provide advisory services on workforce matters, including policy development and implementation.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including school and system leaders, universities and other organizations.
- Use strong interpersonal and written communication skills to achieve results.
- Substantial knowledge of current workforce issues, trends, policies and processes in relation to projects, programs and initiatives for educational outcomes in Western Australia.
- Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed program and project management skills.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights.
- Consent to a National Criminal History Check.
