We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Centre Team Member. About the Role

Our trade centres operate differently to our retail sites, providing a delivery and pick-up solution for key building lines. We partner with commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a 'whole of build' solution. As a Trade Centre Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and helpful service to our customers, including builders and site supervisors
  • Replenishing stock in a fast-paced environment
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • The ability to work in and contribute to a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building products and build processes
  • A forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)
