We're seeking someone with retail or customer service experience, and we'll provide training on our Trade Centres' products to help you grow.
CSR is the name behind many powerful brands, providing innovative and sustainable building solutions across the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

**HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:Role overview**:
As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our Gyprock Trade Centre in Brookvale. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing product support. From phone calls to in-person interactions, you'll be the go-to person for all customer needs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing product advice and support to customers
- Assisting in warehouse operations, including loading customer vehicles, and scheduling deliveries
- Conducting daily inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy

**The working hours are Monday to Friday**: 06:00am to 3:00pm
**Saturday
- fortnightly**: 07:00am - 11:00am (If required).
