Trade Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled trade sales professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role in our Building Hardware & Timber Yard, where punctuality and reliability are critical.

The successful candidate will work closely with their team in alternating shifts:

  • 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This role involves assisting trade customers, stock management, collaboration with the warehouse team, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on building hardware, timber, and construction materials
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team for timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Handling inquiries with a professional attitude

Requirements:

  • Experience in trade sales, customer service, or retail (construction or building materials experience preferred)
  • Confidence in using POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of building hardware, timber, or construction materials (preferred but not essential)
