Insurance Voice Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Voice Process Specialist to join our team at WNS Global Services.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our insurance clients via voice process.
- You will have excellent communication skills and prior experience of working in a contact center or customer services environment would be highly advantageous.
In this role, you will be required to adhere to all regulatory bodies in Australia, ensuring that our high standards are maintained. Your primary goal will be to achieve agreed performance targets set by the business while maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards.
What We Offer:- A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on your experience and qualifications.
- Undergraduate degree
This is a day shift position, providing a great work-life balance.
