About Your New Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Legal Advisor – Investment Manager to join our team at Naiman Clarke. As a key member of our commercial litigation funding team, you will be responsible for sourcing and expanding funding opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and expand funding opportunities in insolvency, commercial disputes, and class actions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Evaluate cases, assess risks, and conduct legal research
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Law degree and 7+ years PQE, with experience in insolvency, class action, and/or commercial litigation. You will be able to work autonomously, be well-organized, and possess strong project management skills.
