Project Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support by monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Update and maintain documentation on issues, risks, and practices to ensure project compliance with the management framework.
  • Assist the project team in completing tasks and implementing plans to achieve outcomes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about project status and issues.
  • Provide administrative services, including coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, papers, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in administration and/or project management.
  • Experience in a project support role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize independently.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in secretariat and administrative services.
  • Project Management certification is highly desirable.
