We are seeking a skilled Delivery Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of project delivery activities across demonstrations, installations, training, and support.

The successful candidate will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales Directors, and broader Operations and Technical teams to ensure high-quality customer engagement and timely project execution both domestically and internationally.

About the Role

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from customer engagement through delivery, installation, and post-delivery support. You will also oversee resource planning and alignment across Field Service and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects from customer engagement through delivery, installation, and post-delivery support
  • Oversee resource planning and alignment across Field Service and Technical teams
  • Support demonstration execution and readiness, including scenario planning and on-site coordination
  • Maintain and manage planning and delivery tools
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including delivery plans, schedules, reports, and customer communication
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Logistics, FSEs) to ensure alignment on project milestones
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards
  • Participate in and lead project meetings with customers and partners
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and site administration protocols
  • Create an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the technology industry.
  • Confidence to manage project delivery from inception to closure
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Experience with customer engagement in a Defence (AUSDEFCON) or critical-engineering environment is desirable
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
