The role of Regulatory Reporting Analyst is critical in ensuring compliance with APRA prudential standards.

This position involves document and maintaining business requirements, working with systems to deliver accurate and timely reporting outputs, collaborating with credit risk, actuarial, and quantitative teams, supporting enhancements to regulatory processes, controls, and system workflows, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and maintain business requirements for regulatory compliance.
  • Work with systems such as OneSumX to deliver accurate and timely reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with credit risk, actuarial, and quantitative teams to validate models and assumptions.
  • Support enhancements to regulatory processes, controls, and system workflows.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with APRA standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting or compliance within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of APRA prudential standards, especially APS 112.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems (OneSumX preferred).
  • Exposure to credit risk, actuarial, or quantitative frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
