Electrical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Electrical Equipment Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for taking and processing orders from clients regarding various products and services.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via SAP system
  • Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Entering data and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with reporting and data entry tasks
  • Following up on installations and managing stock levels
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years experience working with SAP (preferred)
  • 2 years proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
  • Own transport
  • Full working rights in Australia
