Seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join the leadership team to manage and maintain organic processing facilities and associated buildings across five sites located in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and new facility in Tweed. These facilities turn organic material, collected from green curb side bins and other sustainable sources, into useful compost.

**Key Elements of Role**

**_Facilities Maintenance_**
- Maintain and keep current Company Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Source and manage subcontractors.
- Establish PPM for upkeep of facilities.
- Monitor and analyse costs of Facilities Maintenance providers already engaged.
- Respond to breakdowns and repairs with urgency to limit downtime of operations.
- Maintain Fire Safety compliance certificate.
- Quality, Safety & Environment Management.
- Operations Maintenance and Work Delivery by monitoring operations for faults, outages and systems failures.

**You**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred and / or a trade qualification in a relevant facilities maintenance, horticultural, organic processing.
- Operational leadership in a structure where quick decision making and initiatives are required.
- Experience in planning and delivering organisational growth in the context of expansion and change.
