About the RoleYou will contribute to product quality with testing and highlighting of bugs, risks and potential improvements throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
You'll explore and expose risk by experimenting, testing and asking questions at the optimum time.
Take an active role in agile ceremonies such as discovery sessions, refinements, stand-ups and retrospectives.
Articulate findings effectively through detailed reports and feedback to the development team, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
Learn from others (peers, industry etc) and constantly look to learn new skills.
Develop an understanding of what level of testing should be completed to ensure the best quality product.
About YouHave 2+ years experience as a tester.
Have a curious mindset.
Have knowledge of administration and/or development concepts (desirable).
Have a passion for quality and helping to create amazing products.
Be able to analyse requirements, identify potential issues, and think critically to design effective test scenarios.
Understand automation concepts and products.
Prior experience working in an agile environment (desirable).
