We are seeking an accomplished assurance professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager Assurance and Oversight. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced risk leader who can drive assurance and oversight in a collaborative environment.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and performing Line 2 assurance and oversight of Line 1 through structured assurance reviews, oversight, challenge, and support on all non-financial risk matters.

  • Leverage your expertise to lead the development and execution of a structured, risk-based assurance plan, creating capacity for other targeted reviews as required.
  • Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to contribute to the continued uplift in the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment and the implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of assurance professionals to deliver high-quality assurance services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective assurance services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in assurance and risk management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
