Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading and managing testing activities across complex defence, government, or secure enterprise projects. As a seasoned quality assurance expert, you will oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring all quality assurance practices meet stringent security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end test management for large-scale or mission-critical systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
  • Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing activities.
  • Manage test teams (internal and external), providing direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure all testing complies with secure development and deployment standards.
  • Monitor, track, and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams to align test automation and CI/CD pipelines with secure delivery practices.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and hold baseline security clearance.
  • Primary project activity is based in Adelaide. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate as required.
