**Corporate Lawyer Opportunity**

This is a rare chance to join our esteemed team as a Corporate Lawyer. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, and Corporate Governance. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advising on national and international transactions, from due diligence to deal execution
  • Handling off-market takeovers, capital reductions, and share buy-backs for both private and public entities
  • Navigating FIRB and other regulatory frameworks for inbound and outbound investments
  • Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, partnerships, and business reorganisations
  • Drafting and negotiating complex agreements to protect client interests
  • Advising on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company secretarial matters
  • Working on cutting-edge matters in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, privacy, and data law

**Requirements:**

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of post-admission experience as a Corporate/Commercial Associate
  • Senior Associates (up to 7 years of experience) will also be considered
  • Candidates should have trained or worked in a leading specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm, bringing strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset
