Corporate Renewable Lawyer Specialist

This dynamic corporate lawyer role is for a talented specialist to join our team of lawyers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial law, specifically in renewables, M&A, and foreign investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Mergers and Acquisitions - Advising on national and international transactions from due diligence to deal execution.
- Takeovers and Capital Strategies - Handling off-market takeovers, capital reductions, and share buy-backs for both private and public entities.
- Foreign Investment and Approvals - Navigating regulatory frameworks for inbound and outbound investments.
- Structuring and Restructuring - Providing strategic advice on joint ventures, partnerships, and business reorganisations.
- Commercial Contracts - Drafting and negotiating complex agreements to protect client interests.
- Governance and Compliance - Advising on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and company secretarial matters.
- Emerging Sectors - Working on cutting-edge matters in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, privacy, and data law.
We are seeking Corporate/Commercial Lawyers with 3+ years of post-admission experience, preferably with training or work experience in a leading firm.
Suitable candidates will possess strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
