Corporate Law Career Opportunity

We are seeking a corporate / commercial lawyer with 1–4 years' experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on a diverse mix of matters for high-quality clients in various industries.

  • Share and business acquisitions and sales;
  • Shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements;
  • Intellectual property, copyright and licensing;
  • Structuring and asset protection;
  • And other related tasks.

You'll collaborate with an exceptional Partner and senior lawyers, benefit from strong mentoring, and be part of a team that values collaboration, excellence and professional growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a lawyer or associate depending on experience. You will have exposure to a broad range of interesting matters and enjoy working closely with our team.
