Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

A senior corporate lawyer position is available in Brisbane for a dynamic and expanding law firm. As a key member of the team, you will handle complex corporate transactions, advise on commercial contracts and shareholder agreements, and lead junior lawyers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients and engage in business development activities to support the firm's growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing corporate transactions including M & A, joint ventures, and restructures
  • Advising on commercial contracts and shareholder agreements
  • Leading and supervising junior lawyers and reviewing their work
  • Settling commercial documents and managing mid-to-large-scale matters
  • Working closely with global clients on high-value transactions
  • Engaging in business development activities to support the firm's growth

This role requires:

  • 5–10 years PAE experience in corporate law
  • Demonstrated experience in settling and supervising transactional matters
  • Confidence in managing global or high-end corporate clients
  • Proven ability to mentor junior lawyers effectively
  • Admitted to practice in Australia with an unrestricted QLD practising certificate
