About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Shoalhaven Heads, NSW. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Offer respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care

  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
