Operations and Administration Role

This is a part-time Operations Manager position where you will be working closely with the Board, staff, and clubs to develop, implement, and achieve our Strategic and Operational plan. You will communicate regularly with clubs and members, providing support, direction, and leadership.

The role involves managing staff, ensuring administrative processes are in place, maintaining membership registers, and overseeing events. You will also work with the Chair to prepare agendas, take minutes, and provide timely reports to the Board.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing administrative systems, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop longstanding relationships. You will have a flexible approach, high integrity, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Reporting directly to a Board and governance requirements
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety standards
  • High-level IT experience including Microsoft Office suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with event coordination
  • Experience with social media management
